Frequently asked questions

My payment has been refunded?

If your transfer has been refunded, it may be due to the following:
- The reference was not transferred correctly
- The amount to be paid is not exactly correct
- The payment was transferred too late and the reference expired
- You used the reference of your previous payment

How can I pay for my booking?

After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. This confirmation contains a payment link. If you click on this link you will be redirected to our website, where you can choose whether to pay the full amount or (depending on the number of days before arrival) in two instalments. Then you can choose how you want to pay:
- iDEAL (for the Netherlands)
- Bancontact (for Belgium)
- *Transfer (for the entire EU)
*If you choose bank transfer, you will receive the IBAN and reference of Stichting Mollie Payments to which you transfer, they handle the payments for us.

Where can I pick up the keys?

You can collect the keys from our office during opening hours:
